The Belitski family has been rooted in the communities of Ventura and Santa Barbara for four generations. A sense of community service and involvement is an ongoing characteristic of the family tree.
A Ventura native and T.R.E.E. Managing Broker, Danny Belitski earned his Bachelor’s Degree in International Business from California State University, Monterey Bay, in 1999.
Danny gained valuable professional experience as a National Sales Manager for a publically traded software company based in Santa Cruz, CA and as Director of Global Business Development for a Monterey, CA technology company. Notable corporate clients include: Costco, Taco Bell, Safeway/Vons Supermarkets, SaveMart Supermarkets, Bank of America, Epson, Motorola/Symbol, Wincor-Nixdorf, Dell, Citizen, NCR, Star-Micronics and Hewlett-Packard.
With a growing passion for Real Estate, Danny founded Trusted Real Estate Enterprises, Inc. in 2005 and earned his California Real Estate Salesperson and Broker licenses. As testament to the business model, T.R.E.E. successfully navigated one of the most difficult periods of real estate in U.S. history and has emerged as a premier boutique real estate organization in Ventura County.
Danny serves as an active member of the following professional organizations:

- California Association of Realtors (CAR)
- Ventura County Coastal Association of Realtors (VCCAR)
- Santa Barbara Association of Realtors (SBAOR)
- National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM).
Danny is also a member of the Downtown Ventura Rotary group. When not at the office, you’ll find Danny spending time with his wife and two boys, coaching AYSO soccer and Foothill Little League baseball, golfing, camping or surfing.
