The Belitski family has been rooted in the communities of Ventura and Santa Barbara for four generations. A sense of community service and involvement has long been a characteristic of the family tree.
A Ventura native, T.R.E.E. Broker, Danny Belitski earned his Bachelor’s Degree in International Business from California State University, Monterey Bay in 1999.
After college, Danny gained valuable professional experience as a National Sales Manager for a publically-traded software company based in Santa Cruz, CA and as Director of Global Business Development for a Monterey, CA technology company. Notable corporate clients included: Costco, Taco Bell, Safeway Supermarkets, Bank of America, Epson, Motorola/Symbol, Wincor-Nixdorf, Dell and Hewlett Packard.
With a passion for Real Estate, Danny founded Trusted Real Estate Enterprises, Inc. (T.R.E.E. Real Estate) in 2005 and earned both his California Real Estate Salesperson and Broker licenses. As testament to their business model, T.R.E.E. has successfully navigated two of the most challenging periods of real estate in U.S. history (great recession & covid) and has solidified its position as a premier boutique real estate organization in California.
Danny recently completed over $200 million in real estate sales in a short 11-year period and says, “Although $200 million in real estate sales is a personal milestone to be celebrated, my work is not done, the most important sale in my career is my next sale.”

• Ventura County Coastal Association of Realtors (VCCAR)
• Santa Barbara Association of Realtors (SBAOR)

When not at the office, you’ll find Danny spending time with his wife of +20 years and their two wonderful boys, supporting various local community organizations and events, hiking, fishing, camping, snowboarding, golfing, surfing or traveling.
