If you have a pet and/or service animal, T.R.E.E. Real Estate requires an additional pet screening application

which is run through a third-party pet screening agency. Please see specific property listings for pet policies.

PET SCREENING

Household pets

This application is required for anyone that owns a household pet. There is a $30 annual fee per pet application. If a household pet is accepted, there will be an additional pet rent of $75 per month, for one (1) pet and $50 per month, for each additional pet.

assistance animals

There is no charge ($0) for submitting a reasonable accommodation request for an assistance animal. It will be reviewed by the third-party legal review team per the FHA guidelines.
