For every available rental property we advertise, T.R.E.E. receive multiple applications from pre-qualified, potential tenants. In an effort to help our potential tenants find a great new home, T.R.E.E. has all of their currently available rental properties listed here on their site. Although most all T.R.E.E. rental properties are listed on the MLS, Zillow, Trulia, and many other websites – oftentimes a new property will first be listed on T.R.E.E.'s Available Rentals page first, so it’s always worthwhile to review our currently available homes!

Thank you for your interest in T.R.E.E.’s rental properties! Once you have identified a great new potential home on our Available Rentals page, the next step is to click the apply now button next to the listing and complete T.R.E.E.’s online rental application. A $43 per person application fee is required for any adults who are applying to lease the home, who are 18 years of age and older.

T.R.E.E. requires any applicant who has a pet/service animal to complete a pet screening application which is run through a third-party pet screening agency. More information can be found here.

All approved applicants must carry renters' insurance.
